Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use spyphotography.property and the referral service Spyphotography Floor Coating offers through it. When you use the site, call its phone number or send a form, you agree to them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Spyphotography Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coatings. We do not sell coatings. We do not prep or coat floors, and we do not repair concrete. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, pricing, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, what their work looks like or how it turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Fair Use of the Site

Please give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site, and do not try to get into areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@spyphotography.property.

Who Owns What

The site's content and design belong to Spyphotography Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. If you want to copy or reuse them for business purposes, you need our permission first.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Spyphotography Floor Coating is not liable for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
