Reach Homeowners Who Want Coated Floors

Spyphotography Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners contact us about garage and concrete floors, and we pass their requests to independent providers. If you run your own floor coating business, you may be a fit for our network. This is not a job listing. We do not hire employees, and providers stay fully independent.

Who Fits the Network

We look for providers who work in or near Lovejoy and the Lovejoy area and handle work such as:

• Epoxy garage floors
• Concrete coating for basements, patios, and workshops
• Polyaspartic floor coating
• Custom floor finishes

Providers who also handle other flooring, such as hardwood flooring installation, are welcome to say so when they apply.

What We Expect

Homeowners are busy, and respect for their time matters. We expect providers to:

• Hold the licenses local rules require and carry appropriate insurance.
• Answer homeowner contacts politely and promptly.
• Explain prep, products, and cure times in plain language.
• Give written quotes and stand behind their own work.
• Be honest about what a homeowner can safely do and what needs professional equipment.

How the Referral Fee Works

Providers pay a referral fee when Spyphotography Floor Coating connects them with a homeowner. Details are shared once we have talked. Joining does not promise any set number of requests.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@spyphotography.property. Tell us your business name, the towns you serve, the services you offer, and how you handle licensing and insurance. Add a few photos of finished floors if you have them.
