Every homeowner who reaches out to Spyphotography Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring Up

Contact us about any of these:

• How a call or message with Spyphotography Floor Coating went
• How we handled or protected your personal data
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• How a provider we referred you to behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Spyphotography Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send Your Complaint

Write to contact@spyphotography.property and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
